Banana, Avocado & Honey Face and Hair Mask
1 Ripe Banana
1/2 Avocado (Use more for longer hair)
1 Tablespoon of raw honey
Blend the ingredients together in a blender for a smooth mixture. Apply to your face with a gentle massage. Then, massage it into your scalp and slather it all over your hair. Cover your head with a shower cap and let it sit for 15 minutes to an hour.
Note: You don't want to mash the banana and avocado with a fork because the lumps will be very difficult to wash off.
